Demo reports
Take the tour first →Hand-authored full reports for each of the four candidate quadrants in the ATLI framework at v0.2 framework currency (15 sub-dimensions including J4 agentic supervision). Each profile is viewable as the candidate sees it and as the partner sees it — the partner view adds the triage recommendation, sub-dimension breakdown, pre-screen results, derailer overlay (HEXACO partial signal when Hogan HDS is not licensed), and the governance-floor / archetype-tension panels.
Strong personal AI fluency paired with strong organisational change capacity. The target profile.
Range 4.0 to 4.4 · HIGH confidence
Strong organisational change capacity without personal hands-on AI engagement. The framework hazard signal.
Range 3.4 to 3.8 · MEDIUM confidence
Strong personal AI fluency that has not yet translated into organisational change-leadership.
Range 3.2 to 3.6 · MEDIUM confidence
Both AI-judgement and organisational-translation dimensions early-stage. Development-context result.
Range 1.7 to 2.1 · HIGH confidence
Design QA
Reduced-content variants derived from the profiles above so empty, partial and minimal states can be designed and regression-tested. Not representative reports.
Design-QA fixture. Every omittable section is absent (no benchmarks, plan, evidence matrix, coach/scenario data, derailer proxies or live exercise). Renders the empty-state design.
Design-QA fixture. Five sub-dimensions rest on a single evidence source and are flagged SINGLE_SOURCE; composite confidence LOW with a wide band.
Design-QA fixture. The thinnest defensible report: LOW confidence throughout, one strength, one source per sub-dimension, HEXACO-60 not administered (no derailer proxy), no live exercise.
Hand-authored synthetic data for the dev / advisory beta. No real candidate data involved. Narrative depth is illustrative of what a complete real report carries. The translation-led partner view exercises the v0.2 archetype-validation-depth gate; the judgement-led and translation-led partner views surface HEXACO-60 partial-signal derailer warnings.
